Come to our office to speak to someone in person or call us to arrange a home visit 
 

Assistance with language

If you need a translator, please let us know so we can arrange it, either face to face or over the phone using language line.

 

There is disabled access at the Solon office - please ring the bell at pavement level for assistance.

We have a zero tolerance policy of abuse to staff, so please treat us with care and respect!
