What is Rackfield House? Rackfield is funded by Bath & North East Somerset Council Supporting People. We are committed to continuous improvement working closely with service users, agencies and Supporting People in order to fulfil this aim.
The accommodation comprises of a terrace of 5 'Grade II' listed cottages. Each cottage has 4 bedspaces with a shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a communal garden overlooking the river.
The service has a staff team of 3 full time posts; a Manager and 2 Housing Support Workers who are office based at the scheme.
The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped throughout. Accommodation and support is offered for up to 2 years. A review of progress is held at 1 year to decide whether to extend the support up to 2 years.
Rackfield House operates a no smoking policy in all communal areas. No alcohol is allowed on the premises.

How do I make a referral? Rackfield House accepts referrals via Bath & North East Somerset's Housing Support Gateway portal: www.housingsupportgatewaybathnes.org.uk/Data/ASPPages/1/136.aspx.
Referrers need to complete an application form, providing details of 2 referees. Once we receive your application, you will be invited to an interview where an assessment of your housing and support needs will be made.
