Service Standards Results are in! - 29/07/2013


Every year we complete a monitoring exercise of our Service Standards. We have just completed this exercise and published the results to our staff, Board and Committees and now they are available on our website for you all to have a look at. 

 
We improved on our performance compared to last year- meeting 83% of our Service Standards, where last year this figure was 77%. 

The report shows how we measured the standards, what has helped us to improve our performance and the things we need to work on to improve this figure even further next year. 

We were happy to see that these results reflected the findings in the mock inspection that we commissioned in June of this year. The inspection highlighted the same strengths and areas for improvement. This tells us that our way of measuring the standards is robust and effective.
