Residents' Star Survey - 01/11/2016


We have received the results of our comprehensive customer survey!

424 households - 38% of our customers - told us what they think of our services and the way we do things.

 
Paul Ville, Solons Chief Executive said;

"I am pleased to report big increases in satisfaction with the overall service and the quality and condition of homes. The feedback on quality and condition is particularly pleasing. This reflects and vindicates our policy of continuing to invest in existing homes and the development of new housing which is more cost efficient and desirable to live in. I am also pleased that satisfaction with various aspects of the maintenance service increased, including the overall quality of repair work and doing the job that the customers expected.

The survey and our ongoing performance monitoring tells us that there are some services where we can continue to improve and we look forward to working with our customers to achieve this..."
