Customer Services Manager


We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-managing and target-driven Customer Services Manager who will have a real impact on how Solon delivers and improves its customer service.

 
 Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to all customer contact coming into the team via telephone, reception, email, text and web based service requests

· Ensure the team proactively resolves all requests and queries from customers on a ‘right first time’ basis at the first point of contact

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure services are delivered in line with our strategic aims, values, policies and operational standards

· Maximise outcomes for customers and for Solon

 

Your Strengths:

· Extensive customer service and/or Housing experience

· Management experience and experience in leading a team

· Success in improving customer satisfaction

·  Excellent communication and written skills

· Positive and self-motivated attitude.
