Customer Service Officer


This is an ideal role for someone who can provide an excellent customer focused service. You will be a part of our Asset Management team, working closely with our customers, contractors and stake-holders. The main objective of the job will be providing a comprehensive customer care and administration service.  

 
What we are looking for:

Exceptional people and great organisational skills are key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will also have a genuine desire for service delivery and outstanding resident satisfaction.

Previous experience of working in a housing or property / construction environment is desirable although not essential.  

Key objectives:

Provide an excellent customer focused Asset Management service.
 

Support the delivery of a high quality service to residents and stakeholders by ensuring that property related customer contacts are dealt with promptly, effectively and appropriately.

Support the delivery of a service that achieves its targets and statutory obligations by providing a high quality administration service working closely with customers, contractors and other stakeholders.

Contribute to the provision of homes that are safe and comfortable for customers.

The position is 26 hours over Monday to Thursday: two days 8.30am - 3.30 pm, two days 9am - 4pm.
