Building Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to make a real difference in the way we deliver responsive repairs, voids and planned works to provide homes people want to live in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality customer service to residents and stakeholders.
  • Deliver a range of pre and post works inspections to ensure the right work is completed to a high standard that meets the customers' needs.
  • Ensure consultants and contractors are well-managed to support the delivery of high quality, customer focused and value for money services.

Your Strengths:
  • A further education qualification (e.g. HNC, degree) and/or relevant construction, maintenance or building related professional qualification.
  • A good practical knowledge of working with asbestos, CDM Regulation and monitoring Safe Systems of Working.
  • Good internal and external customer service skills.
  • Experience of diagnosing, procuring and delivering technically complex works.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively when managing a busy workload.
  • Full valid driving licence.
  • Working in a friendly and supportive work environemnt
