Service Standards

Service Standards are our commitments to our customers. They tell you the level of customer service you should receive and what to do if you have a complaint about the service.

Our latest monitoring report shows you how we performed when we measured ourselves against the standards in March 2013.

Working with you, the residents, we have developed 14 service standards.  These cover the main services you receive from us.
